Cost and sign-up
Where the money goes.
Ski Club is not-for-profit. No one is paid, no one takes a cut, and there is no margin built into anything below. Every dollar goes to the bus, the pizza, and the snacks.
There are two pieces to the cost, and only one of them comes to Ski Club.
$300 – $350 per student
The charter bus for all five Fridays, pizza on the way up, snacks on the way home. The bus is split across the group, so the figure firms up once we know how many are coming.
The $50 due at sign-up is a deposit toward this amount, not a separate charge. It secures your child's seat and counts toward the per-student total above. Like all Ski Club payments, it is non-refundable, because the bus is booked in advance against the headcount.
Slope Days package
A lift ticket for each trip, rental equipment, and the hour-long lesson, at a group rate. Families register and pay Whitetail directly. We'll post the figure and the registration link once the resort confirms our group.
Before your first Friday
Three steps before the first trip.
Register with Whitetail
Create an account on Whitetail's site and book the Slope Days five-week session yourself. Enter our group code under Special Condition so you are placed with the St. Bart's group. Whitetail's skiing waiver and rental waiver are completed inside their system as part of this.

Tell us you have registered
Whitetail does not tell us who signed up. Send us a note the moment you complete their registration, with your child's name and grade.
Registering with Whitetail does not reserve a seat on the bus. We hold seats only for families we know about.
Ski Club form & waiver
One submission covering registration, the signed Ski Club waiver, emergency contacts, sizing, ability level, and any allergies we need to know about.
The one thing families miss. Whitetail's registration and Ski Club's bus are two separate systems. Whitetail never sends us a list of who booked, so if you register with the resort and do not tell us, we have no way of knowing your child is coming — and the bus seat will go to someone else. One email after you register is all it takes.
